Grand Oasis Sens - All-Inclusive Adults Only Cancun

Omg, the outdoor swimming pool area was amazing! the cabanas were so chill, perfect for relaxing 😎 the buffet breakfast was meh and the rooms smelled weird. But overall, a fun stay! 🌴

Unfortunately, my experience at Grand Oasis Sens in Cancun was disappointing. The outdated facilities, slow service, and mediocre food did not meet expectations. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience fell short. The location and hardworking staff were the only highlights.

I enjoyed the variety of pool and bar options. However, the noisy resort next door was a major inconvenience. The food was average, the rooms need renovation, and there is poor soundproofing. On the bright side, the crystal blue sea was a nice touch, but overall, the stay did not meet expectations due to cleanliness issues, rude staff, and inadequate services.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful resort in Cancun, and it was an absolute delight. The elegant and charming decor of the hotel's common areas was truly impressive. The grand lobby and lounges were adorned with exquisite furnishings and stunning artwork, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere for relaxing and socializing. I also appreciated that the hotel's layout was easily accessible for senior individuals like myself, with plenty of comfortable seating areas and conveniently located amenities.

The room was lovely and the staff were super attentive. The beach access was incredible! Would DEFINITELY choose this place again. The leisure facilities were even better in person than in photos!

The waiters were quick to serve us, always ensuring our glasses were topped up. The French restaurant was a particular highlight, and we especially enjoyed the service provided by Abi at breakfast. The beautiful resort setting enhanced our overall experience, making our vacation truly memorable.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities and personalized service made me feel like royalty. the outdoor swimming pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, surrounded by sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the spa & wellness center offered a variety of treatments, such as full body massages and body wraps. the restaurant served delicious buffet breakfasts and dinners, as well as special diet menus.

My only minor issue was with the entertainment. While there were live shows and music, the nightclub was not very lively.

A luxurious resort with views of the Caribbean and direct access to the beach - Our stay was like being in a movie, with the stunning Caribbean Sea as our backdrop. It was as if we had stepped into a postcard, with a touch of magic adding to the allure of the beach and lagoon views.

Minor delays in restaurant service.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive. The tours organized were spectacular, and the restaurants offered good food. However, there were some infrastructure flaws, and the entertainment program could be enhanced. The spa and Asian restaurant stood out.

from the lively adult pool to the relaxing spa, and the designated kids and teens clubs. The endless daytime activities and water sports kept us entertained, and the adults-only areas were ideal for a romantic getaway.

My wife says that the kids and teens clubs could have more diverse activities.

The hotel had excellent facilities, with clean and spacious rooms, a great breakfast selection, and attentive staff. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and many entertainment options, including a wide range of restaurants. They also made sure to provide engaging activities to keep everyone entertained throughout the day.

At my first stay, the staff gave me helpful taxi tips. The place suits me perfectly with paid parking, 24-hour services, pools, beach access, spa. I'm coming back for a trip.

The beach view was amazing, and the foam party was so much fun! The staff was nice, and the bed was soft. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to sightseeing spots and shopping areas.

The food at the Maria Bonita restaurant could be better, although the guacamole stood out. The liquor options for the Grand Guest category should be improved.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel despite the unexpected rain. The adult pool area was relaxing during the day and transformed into a fun disco at night. The friendly staff made sure our needs were met, and the nearby bus stop allowed for easy transportation. While the property may be showing signs of age, the affordable price and great service made it a good value overall.

The private pools with the rooms and the many on-site bars were fantastic, and the property was gorgeous with all the amenities one could need. The adult pool was peaceful during the day, transformed into a lively disco at night, offering delightful cocktails and a fun atmosphere. Only downside was the limited designated smoking areas and the ocean view was from a window rather than a balcony - wish there were more smoking spots for such a large resort! 🍹

The hotel did not meet some basic needs, such as lacking air conditioning in the rooms, despite the hot weather. The AC issues extended to other areas of the hotel as well, including the bar, lobby, and restaurant.

Chose this hotel for a work trip and found it suitable for a business congregation. The staff was attentive and the location provided a pleasant environment. The facilities were well-maintained and the adults-only concept created a peaceful ambiance for conducting meetings and discussions.

One service that was missed for work-related purposes was a dedicated business center with private meeting rooms for formal discussions and presentations.

The location of the hotel was close to the beach and had many walkable shopping centers around. The bathrooms and rooms had everything one needed, and the service was efficient. The breakfast was diverse and tasty, and there were many facilities for entertainment.

The hotel fell short of what was expected regarding the quality of the building and the maintenance, making for a less comfortable stay.

I relaxed in a tropical paradise, enjoying the well-designed complex of swimming pools, unlimited gourmet food and beverages, and the new gourmet adventures. Golf courses were available for those swing enthusiasts. The colorful mood lighting behind the beds added a unique touch.

Moldy rooms and drenched clothes were a delightful surprise.

No reservations required for restaurants, with food and drinks of high quality. Beautiful lobby and pools with fantastic dinner options available.

He provided us with all the information we needed and ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The restaurants were excellent and the pools were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms at Grand Oasis Sens are like a cozy sanctuary, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning and flat-screen TV are perfect for relaxing, and the private bathroom with a shower feels so refreshing after a day in the sun.

The only thing I didn't love was the limited dining options nearby.

My husband and I had a fantastic 3-night trip at Now Emerald. The location, perched on an elevation, offered breathtaking views and a cool breeze. The hospitality was exceptional, making us feel like we were their top priority. The food selection was vast and delicious, with multiple unique restaurants to choose from. Our upgraded balcony room had all the amenities we needed, and room service was quick and accommodating. this resort is as good as they get!
